About Me
My dad always said, "Find something you love, and you won't work a day in your life."
My passion for massage started when I was just six years old, when my family discovered I had a natural gift for it.
Throughout my life, I found myself helping friends and family with their aches and pains and hearing, "You need to become a massage therapist!"
When the timing was right, I finally made that dream a reality. Now I get to do what I love: help bless people's lives through the gift of massage.

What should I expect during my massage?
You deserve your FULL 60 or 90 minutes of massage time! Your time starts when I begin massaging you. Before we begin, we'll talk about your goals and plan YOUR massage together, whether you want to relax, work on stubborn knots, or a little of both.
How should I prepare for my massage?
Shower, wear comfortable clothing, and eat light before your appointment. If you like, use a heating pad on a low, comfortable setting on tight areas for 15–20 minutes beforehand to help relax the muscles. Keep a cloth between the pad and your skin and follow the pad's instructions.
What should I do after my massage?
Stay hydrated by drinking water. Relax and take it easy!
What should I keep on or take off?
Your comfort is my top priority! Leave on or remove whatever you feel most comfortable with. You'll be properly draped throughout your massage to protect your privacy. The back, feet, legs and arms are easiest to massage when uncovered.
Do you offer deep tissue?
Yes! I perform deep tissue massage in the areas we've discussed need it, with pressure adjusted to your comfort.
What is a personalized therapeutic massage?
Your massage is tailored to your needs to help you relax and ease tension. It combines relaxing, flowing strokes with deeper, targeted work for knots and tight areas. Let me know if anything needs more or less pressure or attention.
Is cupping included?
Yes! Cupping is included when appropriate and with your permission. I use both gliding and stationary cupping, especially on the back and shoulders.
Will cupping leave marks?
Cupping may leave temporary marks, though not everyone gets them. We'll talk about what to expect before including it in your massage.
Can I ask for more or less pressure?
Absolutely! This is YOUR massage. Speak up anytime you'd like the pressure adjusted or an area given more or less attention.
Do you offer pregnancy massage?
Yes! I offer pregnancy-friendly massage with side-lying positioning for comfort. Please let me know you're pregnant when booking so we can discuss your needs.
Should I tip?
Tipping is not expected but is appreciated for the time and skill shared with you. If you choose to tip, the amount is entirely up to you.
How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your needs and what fits your life! Some clients enjoy weekly or every-other-week massages, while others come monthly or whenever they need a little TLC. We can talk about what works best for you.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! A massage makes a thoughtful gift for someone who deserves a little TLC. Call or text me, and I'll help you arrange the perfect gift.
Do you accept male clients?
Yes, I take male clients; however, a woman must be present during the appointment for my safety. Please call or text me before booking so we can discuss arrangements.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can offer your appointment to someone else. Feeling sick? Please stay home and come see me when you're feeling better.
